Project Background

GreenMed is essential to medical facilities world-wide. It was the first company in Australia to create a product from 100% recycled hospital waste that is ready for sale back into healthcare.

GreenMed engaged The Project Lab to professionalise their proposal and pitch documents, as well as bring their brand to life through a simple and effective online landing page.  

Challenge

GreenMed established the Keep me in the loop® program to offer healthcare a circular solution for some of the waste streams they produce. It provides products that help to eliminate some of the single use items being discarded on a regular basis and helps hospitals make more considered environmental choices through consultation and review of existing products and systems.   GreenMed wanted to better integrate information about what they do. They identified a need for:

• Well-presented professional documents with insightful and accurate information that would succinctly and consistently convey the value of GreenMed to stakeholders.

• The development of pivotal marketing collateral which would provide the necessary assets to attract new partnerships, opportunities and growth.

Approach

The Project Lab worked with GreenMed to understand and identify their needs and requirements. Through ideation workshops and a review of existing marketing collateral, the team developed a marketing and business strategy for GreenMed to move forward and to provide them with ongoing strategic and business support.

Solutions

Our engagement consisted of:

• Conducting an ideation workshop  
• Developing a concept and communication pitch
• Revamping marketing collateral and communication documents, including a hospital waste  sustainability assessment
• Development of the online landing page
• Back-end website design
• Financial modelling for product development and program feasibility
• Ongoing strategic and business support.
