An assessment will take place internally to see if you’re the right fit for us, and we’re the right fit for you. If everything is aligned we will follow this up with a quick call to meet you and to answer any initial questions.
Formal questions in an informal environment. This is where we get to know each other and deep dive into your experience, a few challenging scenarios, and share our strengths and weaknesses. We follow up with one or two reference checks to close this part of the process out.
A final review will take place, and if you’re successful, you join The Project Lab team!
We will send you further information that will explain your day to day. It will include your contract, our expectations of you and final onboarding requirements.
