Our clients are at the centre of everything you do. As a member of our team, you care about our clients, and understand the value of building strong relationships with them. You’re empathetic, reliable and take pride in communicating with clients proactively and openly. You will actively respond to client demands and/or challenges in away that establishes trust and helps you guide the way for and with the client.
You will bring your client focus approach to make them the centre of your decision from both a project delivery and commercial angle and client outcomes will be your ‘north star.’ You get a kick out of the surprise and delight factor, going above what they’d expect from other consultants with your focus on quality at every stage of projects.
There are a number of ways you can work with us.
We have the resources to support roles ranging from graduate and junior through to senior consultants, across a range of employment types:
Our permanent team is continually growing. We will often employ permanent staff in response to a strategic need, but if this is your preferred method of engagement, let’s discuss!
We organise your super and tax, plus insurances so you can hit the ground running. You are paid for the hours you work, and have access to the same events, systems and support as our permanent staff.
You will have an ABN or Pty Ltd established with appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability (plus Workers Compensation for Pty Ltd) insurances in place. If you don’t have insurances setup when you meet with us, that’s ok, as long as these can be established before you commence any work. You organise your own super and tax payments and are paid for the hours (or days) you work. We partner with you to deliver work and agree terms in a contract. You have access to the same events, systems and support as our permanent staff. You are also free to work with your own clients, as we will engage with you for a particular outcome.
If you've recently graduated or come from an industry that feels alien to what is described above, we'd still love to hear from you. We have a continually evolving program of work and our needs are constantly growing. You may have that perfect skillset we’ve been looking for!
Note: Some of our best and brightest team members are not long out of university or similar study!
