Simon is a Senior Consultant with a strong background in business analysis, operations management, project delivery, change management and stakeholder engagement. After graduating from the University of Tasmania with a combined degree in Business and Information Systems, he gained valuable international experience working across the UK and Asia before spending two years in Cambodia with security and safety specialist AziSafe. There, he developed hands-on operational leadership experience that deepened his understanding of how organisations navigate growth, complexity and change.
Returning to Tasmania in 2014, Simon built a diverse career across both public and private sector organisations. He is particularly proud of his time supporting the growth of the Hill Street brand during a significant expansion phase, as well as six years working alongside his brother to help grow a successful electrical business into emerging sustainable energy markets. These experiences gave him a practical understanding of business operations and the challenges faced by organisations striving to scale sustainably.
