Her experience across our clients’ organisations and our own business gives her a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Tasmania. She is passionate about developing people and helping organisations deliver practical, sustainable outcomes.  

Make it Matter

Making a difference has always been at the heart of Tiff’s work. In 2017, she co-founded She Story Inc., a not-for-profit organisation focused on empowering and uplifting women to achieve their goals in work and life. More recently, she’s volunteered her time as Youth Girls Football Manager for Kingborough Lions United Football Club, striving to increase participation and strengthen the development pathway for girls in sport.

Away from work, Tiff enjoys supporting her family's love of soccer, traveling for sporting events and being involved in her local community. For her, making it matter is about helping people, organisations and communities create positive change.
